PAYMENT METHODS
YALANJI ARTS accepts the following methods of payment:
Debit/credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) and direct bank transfers. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Artwork is freighted or posted once payment has been confirmed.
SHIPPING FEES
YALANJI ARTS delivers Australia-wide, including country areas. Our artwork is packed on site, and shipped out of Mossman on a weekly basis by our preferred courier TOLL NQX. All artwork is covered by insurance while it is in transit.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Domestic shipping fees are included in the artwork prices.
International shipping fees are calculated according to location, so we will provide you with a separate quote after you've placed your order.
RETURNS
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If not, we will fully refund you for the value of the artwork, minus the freight costs.
You must notify the art centre within 10 days of receiving the artwork if you are not fully satisfied. You need only pay the return shipping costs of the artwork to the art centre. The artwork must be returned in its original condition with its Certificate of Authenticity for the guarantee to apply.
DUTIES AND TAXES
YALANJI ARTS sells artwork to the public on behalf of the artist on a consignment basis. Therefore, artworks sold are Goods and Services Tax (GST) exempt. When shipping paintings overseas, the purchaser is liable for any duties or taxes payable specific to the country of import.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
YALANJI ARTS guarantees all artwork on our website is authentic Aboriginal art. Every artwork is accompanied by a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity that tells the 'story' relating to the artwork and information about the artist.
